These terms apply to anyone accessing TYPA Hub, the internal operations platform of
TYPA Management ("TYPA", "we"), at hub.typamanagement.com.
TYPA Hub is private, invite-only software intended for use by TYPA staff and by creators contracted with the agency.
There is no public account creation. By accessing the Hub you accept these terms; if you do not, do not access the Hub.
1. Eligibility and access
- Accounts are issued by TYPA. Self-registration is not available.
- Each account must be used solely by the individual to whom it was issued. Sharing credentials or sessions is prohibited.
- You must promptly notify TYPA if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Hub only:
- To carry out the activities authorised by your role (administration, management, chat support, content production, editing, or — for creators — operating the management relationship with TYPA);
- In compliance with applicable law and the contractual terms of your engagement with TYPA.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Access, copy, or export data outside the Hub other than as expressly authorised by your role;
- Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or other access controls;
- Upload malware or content that infringes another party's rights;
- Use the Hub to harass any individual or to engage in unlawful activity;
- Use automated tooling to scrape, crawl, or extract data without prior written authorisation from TYPA.
4. Confidentiality
Information accessible through the Hub — including creator earnings, subscriber records, chat content, contracts, and operational data — is confidential. You agree to keep it confidential, to use it only for authorised purposes, and to return or destroy any copies on request or on termination of your access.
5. Intellectual property
The Hub software and the TYPA brand are the property of TYPA Management. Content uploaded by creators or TYPA staff remains the property of its rightful owner; each user grants TYPA a licence to host and process that content as necessary to operate the platform and the underlying management relationship.
6. Third-party services
The Hub integrates with DocuSign (electronic signatures), Stripe (payments), DigitalOcean (hosting and object storage), Resend (transactional email), and similar service providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms; TYPA is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.
7. Service availability
The Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TYPA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform online and to recover from outages, but we accept no liability for incidental downtime, data-sync delays from upstream platforms, or third-party service interruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYPA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Hub. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount paid (or, where no payment applies, the value of services rendered) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
TYPA may suspend or revoke access at any time for breach of these terms, breach of an underlying contractual relationship, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Hub after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Contact
